As a life time horse owner and portrait/equine/canine artist I found myself with no riding buddies when my last child finished grad school, got a job and relocated, taking her horse with her. I was rapidly outgrowing my studio. We were comfortable in my home so in order to move "My Wish List" was LONG and specific. A quiet neighborhood with horses, trails, and a house with a huge amount of room and light for an artist's studio. To compound this we wanted to remain within commuting distance for my job and family.

When we began the process of putting our home on the market, I was searching the internet for comparable homes and came across Julie’s website. She was exactly what we were looking for….someone who specialized in equestrian properties. We were impressed by her listings and the quality of her website.

We were pleased with the whole process of selling our home with Julie. To begin with, she gave us excellent advice on little fixes that would improve the visual appeal of our property, most suggestions as simple as moving things around and straightening up around the property. Her market analysis of our home’s value came up with the price range we felt was accurate, not too high as to inflate our expectations but also not low in order to sell quickly.
